What we do with that information: to provide services to our customers, to communicate with our customers including any promotions available, to process your payments to us, to improve our services.

How we share that information: we hold your email address within Google workspace in order to communicate with you, Acuity Scheduling holds your information to enable you to make bookings, our business bank (The Co-operative Bank) processes your payments to us.

How long we'll store that information: until the law requires it for accounting purposes, if you no longer wish to be contacted via email or phone we can inactivate your contact details.
